BLB Relax Magnesium Rub will help relax your muscles after a long day.  I use it to enhance muscle recovery after a long work out.  I tend to get a bit of restless leg at night, especially after a long run.  I use this on my lower legs and feet to calm my restlessness and fall asleep faster.  This formula is similar to my Menthol version, but only contains lavender essential oil in place of the menthol crystals and rosemary.  There is no minty smell or cooling sensation.  I found in test piloting my product, not everyone enjoyed the strong lingering peppermint smell in the Menthol version.  This version still contains the same great moisturizing oils & butters with the pleasant and relaxing smell of lavender. About Magnesium

Recommended Use

Apply before bed to feet, legs, arms, and/or body. Rub into skin until mostly absorbed. Some oil will remain on skin. Transfer onto clothing can occur. I usually plan to shower in the morning to rinse off any remaining salt like residue.

NOTE:  Some individuals report a tingling or slight stinging sensation when first using magnesium oil. This is normal and this feeling will fade with prolonged use of the product. If you develop a rash or break out, discontinue use. You may be reacting to an ingredient in the product.  Do not apply to broken skin. This product is not intended for use on children. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before using essential oils.
